OPSEC
Log in to eServices for the first time. It will put you through OPSEC training before it lets you view anything else.
Training
If you're interested in going on missions, your first step will be to get your 101 card. Find out how to get this at the Checklists and Training Links page.
Uniforms
You can order online at Vanguard. This is the best place to get customized items like nametags as well as many CAP-specific items. Another good online store for CAP uniform items is the Hock Shop.
Some items can be bought at the Luke Air Force Base military clothing store. Remember your ID card.
These other stores are not endorsed by CAP but some members have found them useful.
