If you're near Squadron 308, we'd be happy to help you get started. You're welcome to come to a meeting to check out what's going on and ask any questions you have about CAP. Meetings are at 1830 (6:30 PM) on the first and third Monday of each month for Seniors (age 18+) and every Monday for Cadets (age 12-18) at Glendale Municipal Airport. See below for location and directions.
If Squadron 308 isn't in your area, you can find a list of your nearest squadrons. They'll also be happy to help you.
